UPDATE: the Acting Minister for Immigration, Citizenship, Migrant Services and Multicultural Affairs released a statement on 4 April 2020 outlining proposed concessions for temporary visa-holders, some of which may affect their employers. This can be accessed here. At this stage, we have no further information about when or how these concessions will be introduced. Our fact sheet will be updated when the relevant legislation or policy has been released.
