More good news for TSS visa holders who were in Australia during the COVID-19 pandemic!
If you held a short-term TSS visa and were in Australia for at least 12 months between 1 February 2020 and 14 December 2021, legislation has been introduced to allow you to make an onshore application for a 3rd TSS visa. Your 3rd TSS visa application must be lodged before 1 July 2023.
